• Total Marbles is a supplier and exporter of marble, granite, onyx, and natural stones.

2. Orders & Quotations

• Price quotes are valid for a limited period (e.g. 30 days) unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are accepted only upon written confirmation from our side.
• Products and services shown are subject to availability and might change without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per terms agreed in contract or invoice.
• For international orders, payments may require advance deposit or irrevocable letter of credit (LC), depending on agreement.
• Bank charges, currency conversion, and import duties are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to logistics, customs, or force majeure.
• Risk and title transfer to buyer at the time of dispatch from our warehouse or factory, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy above.

6. Warranties & Inspection

• We warrant that products supplied conform to agreed specifications and quality standards.
• Buyer should inspect goods immediately on receipt and report any defects or discrepancies within 7 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product use, delays, or performance.
• Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or refund of product cost, at our discretion.

8. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, transportation breakdowns, government restrictions, etc.).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.

10. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Revised versions will be published on our website with updated date.
